South Africa, Walker Bay, Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, Hermanus are all unique destinations. Mount Babylon Vineyards is situated in the Walker Bay close to Hermanus. It produces world class wines, focusing on quality rather than quantity.

Johan & Yolanda Holtzhausen held their first wine festival on 5 May 2007 to allow guest to taste their Shiraz, Malbec & Viognier blend (SMV) which was oficially released at the end of 2007. Winemakers present all concurred that it showed excellent promise and will be highly sort after as only 8 barrels were selected out of 55 to produce same.  A limited number of the 2006 (SMV) is still available.  The 2007 SMV will be released soon.
